A Pillow Case of Mystery II
After a radical change in life, Sze Sai-lun becomes dispirited with the political world and spends most of his time travelling around in search of fun. Along the way, he meets a new spirit medium, Ng Kwan-yau, who somehow gets caught up in a mysterious murder case. With fortuitous assistance from the pillow spirit Ngau Tai-lik, he is able to crack the case and prove Kwan-yau’s innocence. Sai-lun has his confidence back and pledges to continue his fight for justice. As time progresses, Sai-lun and Kwan-yau get to know each other better and gradually fall in love. Amidst the various challenges of his new life, Sai-lun realizes that Kwan-yau seems to have something to hide and that there is a malicious plot behind their relationship. Knowing that the couple have fallen out, Sai-lun’s mother has found him a new wife, Luk Siu-tip, who seems to come with ill intentions. Sai-lun is plunged into a complex web of intrigue and things seem to be getting on top of him…

Kakera: A Piece of Our Life
The story of the relationship between a college student whose relationship with her boyfriend is going nowhere and a bisexual medical artist who makes prosthetic body parts. Haru is a college student ignored by her boyfriend yet believes she is still in love with him. One day at a café, Haru meets Riko, a medical artist (prosthetist) who creates body parts in order to disguise clients’ missing pieces, lost due to accident or disease. Both were alone, but struck up an immediate friendship and closeness. Riko doesn't care about gender when it comes to relationships, and believes that love itself is the most important thing a human can achieve. Haru struggles in her life between friendship and a deeper relationship with Riko.

A Thousand Year Song of Baobab
A documentary film taking up the long-living giant Baobab trees as its theme. It is shot by photographer Motohashi Seiichi, known as the director of Alexei and the Spring (Alexei to Izumi) and others. Set in Senegal in West Africa, where modernization in urban areas is advancing and the Baobab trees, which used to be worshipped, are now being logged, the work closely depicts life in the humble village of Touba Toul, where people continue to lead a traditional lifestyle. It is a brilliant film subtly featuring the coexistence of mankind and nature through the modest life of Modou, a 12-year old boy who is the second son of a big family.
